• Designing and surveying a viable route.
• Hot tap connection onto existing network.
• Adapting an existing basement room to be utilized as district energy plant room.

• Modular substation skid with sub-assemblies passed through a single door, layout inside the room to ensure safe and suitable access for maintenance and replacement as may be required throughout the life-cycle of the equipment.

We have installed 3 number connections at Grangegorman, a new urban quarter being created in Dublin’s north inner city. We have also installed a new section of District Heating in Dublin Airport and done survey work on the existing Dublin City Network on behalf of the City Council.
