OVERVIEW:

Through our Irish business we have undertaken a variety of works in Dublin City area and we are the only active and accredited District Heating company currently operating in Ireland.

Start: July 2019. Ongoing

We have installed 3 number connections at Grangegorman, a new urban quarter being created in Dublin’s north inner city. We have also installed a new section of District Heating in Dublin Airport and done survey work on the existing Dublin City Network on behalf of the City Council.

CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS

Managing PPC specialist resources during COVID travelling between the UK and Ireland.

During phases of travel bans, devising innovative ideas such as pre fabricated and pre tested pipe which has been transported to Ireland enabling the Developer to achieve ‘DH ready’ status as part of a planning requirement.

Pre commissioning TDR testing and leak detection installation.
